Kate Hopkins is an accomplished real estate professional with a proven track record of success in the Annapolis market. Licensed in 2007, she was named Rookie of the Year in her first year and has since built a thriving career. After a decade with another brokerage, she joined Coldwell Banker in 2018 and became part of the Let's Move Crew in 2023. In 2024, Kate assumed the role of Team Leader, guiding the team to top rankings in Coldwell Banker Mid-Atlantic and earning recognition in the prestigious International President’s Circle.

A longtime Annapolis resident and avid boater, Kate has deep expertise in waterfront properties and the unique considerations of waterfront living. Her experience spans luxury sales, investment properties, and first-time homebuyers, offering clients a strategic and knowledgeable approach to every transaction.

Kate holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a Master’s in Public Policy from the College of William & Mary. Originally from Atlanta, she now calls the Annapolis-Eastport area home, where she enjoys waterfront living with her son, Sweeney, and their Golden Retriever, Aspen.
